此收款服務由Yedpay提供，收款時需就每單成功交易向服務供應商繳付交易金額的手續費。填妥本表格後，申請人將收到有關服務詳情，同時會有專人聯絡跟進申請。 The payment service is provided by Yedpay. A transaction fee of the transaction amount shall be paid to the service provider for each successful transaction.
